Hi,

Please find attached a patch which allows to index links where actual
link is pointed out via <META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH
CONTENT="0;URL=some_file.html">

        Sorry, it's relative to 3.1.0b1 and should be applied in htdig
directory.
