This directory has patches for ht://Dig.  (You can get ht://Dig itself
from http://htdig.sdsu.edu/files/.)

The patches in 3.?.* subdirectory are for known problems and/or
enhancements in version 3.?.*.  The 00INDEX file in each subdirectory
has brief descriptions of each patch.

NOTE that the patches in these directories will probably work.  But we
haven't tested them for correctness, to see if they work on all systems,
etc.  These patches come from the "ht://Dig mailing list" <htdig@sdsu.edu>,
also from contributions.  USING THESE PATCHES CORRECTLY, AND MAKING SURE
THAT THEY'RE WHAT YOU NEED, IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

If you have comments or suggestions, though, we'd like to hear them.
Please email them to the address below.

If you have patches to add, please leave them in our /incoming directory
(ftp://sol.ccsf.cc.ca.us/incoming/) and send us email to tell us the
filename(s) and a description of the patch.  (NOTE: The directory is
write-only; you aren't allowed to list the directory contents.)  If you
can't write to that directory, just email the whole patch.
